Signature Poolscapes, a premier Sydney-based swimming pool construction, renovation & restoration business, is seeking a skilled Leading Hand for our pool restorations division. 

If you’re a driven tradie with a passion for quality workmanship, then this might be for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead pool restoration projects with precision and efficiency.
• Perform skilled tasks inc: working with epoxy based paints &  products, waterproofing, minor concrete, rendering,  tiling patchwork.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes while meeting project deadlines & expectations.
• Engage with clients professionally, maintaining respect for their property.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must Have:
  • 4+ years skilled trade experience.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Own ute and clean driver’s license 
  • Own basic set of immediate tools 
  • Excellent communication skills, presentable, and approachable.
  • Ability to work long hours when required (5:30/6 AM–6 PM during peak season).
• Must Demonstrate:
  • Pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Responsibility and accountability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
  • Disciplined time management and organisation.
  • Consistent quality workmanship throughout projects.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $45/hour probationary rate (3 months) plus super & workers compensation.
• Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week (weather permitting), up to 60 hours/week in peak season (September–April).
• Incentives: Weekly vehicle allowance plus performance bonuses during peak season.
• Pay Increases: Annually based on performance and loyalty.
• Growth: Work with a dynamic team, dedicated to excellence.
• Equipment: All job related tools, equipment & PPE will be supplied.
• Training: 4-6 weeks job training provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in pool restoration projects, ensuring quality & efficiency.
• Support site prep, clean-up, material handling and deliveries.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect for clients’ properties.

• Assist across all projects where needed, ensuring quality & efficiency.
• Support site prep, clean-up, material handling and deliveries.
• Maintain a professional attitude and respect for clients’ properties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must Have:
  • 2+ years construction experience.

  • Own ute and clean driver’s licence.
  • Own basic set of immediate tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentable, and approachable.
