Junior/Apprentice Site Manager

Signature Poolscapes is seeking a Junior/Apprentice Site Manager to join our Sydney team. This role supports site management, team coordination, quality control, and project delivery for new builds and renovations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Site Manager across all projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and timelines.
• Support site prep, material handling, deliveries, clean-up, and daily operations.
• Maintain professional standards and respect for clients’ properties.

What We’re Looking For: Must Have:

• Minimum 3+ years construction experience.
• Valid White Card.
• Excellent communication skills, presentable, and approachable.
• Pride in quality work and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 7am–3pm (occasional Saturdays as required).

Must Demonstrate:

• Responsibility, accountability, and disciplined time management.
• Consistent quality and attention to detail.
